The success, convenience, and scheduling flexibility afforded to our clients with at-home hypnosis & coaching programs has prompted us to conduct appointments exclusively online for the time being.
How to Find Us
If you’re driving up Adelaide, take a right on Central. We're in a small building on Central right next to Taps Plumbing called Central Wellness. The Central Wellness sign is not very big and can be hard to spot, so keep an eye out! If you're coming from the east, keep an eye out for the right turn only sign; Central Wellness is right across the road from it!
If you’re arriving by LTC, you'll want to take the 16 Adelaide and get off the bus at Dundas & Central.
Once you arrive for your appointment enter the main entrance into our waiting room.
(Waiting times are generally no longer than five to ten minutes.)
